Dr. Chad Goeke
Dr. Chad was born and raised in a small farm town of 700 people called Davis in the Northwestern area of Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology at Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. While there he met his wife, Shannon, who is a native of Fond du Lac. After Carthage, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from University of Illinois-Chicago College of Dentistry. He and Shannon then moved back to Fond du Lac to start and raise a family. He loves the small town feel of Fond du Lac and is excited to become part of it. He hopes to help the members of the community in any way he can and truly loves what he does. His interests include fishing, whiskey, BBQing, snowmobiling, the occasional video game, spending quality time with friends and family, and of course the Chicago Bears!

Casey
Office Manager
Casey has held a variety of positions in the dental field including patient care coordinator, office manager, and dental assistant. She originally got her start after graduating from Fox Valley Technical College in 1999 with her Dental Assisting Certification. At our office, Casey wears multiple hats as the Office Manager. This includes helping with insurance coordination, financial matters, scheduling appointments, and even assisting when necessary. In her spare time, Casey enjoys helping her husband with concrete work, watching her son play hockey, and singing karaoke while drinking a Busch Light!
Dawn
Patient Care Coordinator
Dawn is one of the friendly faces you will meet up at the front desk. She is newly established in the dental field as of 2019. Previously, she ran her own in-home daycare for 27 years. Dawn currently resides in Fond du Lac with her husband and two doggos. She is an extremely proud mother and grandmother. In Dawn’s spare time, she enjoys cooking/baking, thrifting, and hosting family dinners every Sunday.
Laura
Patient Care Coordinator
As a patient care coordinator, Laura will help assist you in having a friendly experience at Fondy Family Dental whether in the office or over the phone. She has been in the dental field since 2005, working in both Arizona and Fond du Lac. Laura currently resides in Fond du Lac with her husband and two step children. In her time off, she enjoys nature, thrifting, and spending time with her two dogs.
Amy
Hygienist
Amy has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1995. She has also held a license as a Registered Nurse since 2008. She is a married mother of a son, who attends Baylor University, and a daughter, who is attending Auburn University. Amy and her husband, Alex, have lived in the Fond du Lac area since they were married in 2001, but enjoy traveling as often as they can.
Eileen
Hygienist
Eileen began her dental career as a receptionist in a general dental office. In 2002, she graduated from Fox Valley Technical College with a degree in dental hygiene. Eileen’s favorite part of her job is providing patients the experience of gentle dental care and the feeling of a healthy smile. Eileen grew up locally and resides in Fond du Lac with her husband. Her interests include biking, archery, fishing, and kayaking. Eileen enjoys cheering for the Green Bay Packers. She also volunteers her time with Special Olympics, SSM Hospice, and is on the board of Friends of the Fond du Lac Library.
Michelle
Hygienist
Michelle began her career as a dental hygienist in 2004 in Tomah , where she raised her two boys. In 2017 she moved to Fond du Lac where she later joined the team at Fondy Family Dental. Her favorite part of dental hygiene is developing relationships with her patients and helping them reach their goals as comfortably as possible. Outside the office she enjoys reading, golfing and boating as well as spending as much time with family as possible.
Jennie
Dental Assistant
Jennie joined the team in June of 2023. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2023 and plans to attend dental school in the future. During her time in Madison, she cheered for the Wisconsin Badger football and basketball teams. Interacting with patients and learning more about each of them is one of her favorite parts of working in the dental field. She wants to ensure that patients feel at ease and are satisfied with their time spent in the office. In her free time, Jennie enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Vanessa
Dental Assistant
Vanessa joined our dental team in December of 2021 as a dental assistant. She is currently a dental hygiene student through Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton. Her goal is to be able to build a foundation of trust with patients to ensure they feel comfortable in the office. Vanessa spends a lot of time training her dog, Remy, so feel free to ask what tricks she is working on with him. Outside of the office she enjoys weight lifting, kayaking, and hiking.
Amber
Dental Assistant
Amber joined our team in October of 2022. Before entering the dental field, her past experience was in Cosmetology for five years. Amber strives for our patients to feel confident and to obtain a positive exposure in the office. She has two kids, although one has four paws. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, riding in a UTV and camping in her hometown with her family.
