Crowns & Bridges
Single Crown
Crowns are most often done when teeth can no longer be restored with fillings. The crown is able to protect the tooth by completely covering it and preventing fracture. Other reasons why a crown may be needed is for esthetics, cracked teeth, and root canaled teeth.
Bridge
Bridges can be used when an implant is not able to be done to replace a missing tooth. It utilizes crowns on the two teeth next to the missing tooth to act as connectors and then a fake tooth is attached in the middle.
