I have been at many dentists office because of changing jobs, different insurance coverages over the years but never... experienced what I did today with Eileen. I don’t know what she has going on in her life or what difficulties she is facing but she brought it to work and I was in the blast wave. She wasn’t personable at all. During my initial assessment Dr Chad said that my mouth had nothing out of the ordinary going on and everything looked pretty normal. I don’t know why Eileen felt it necessary to go digging for gold. She was ROUGH, HARD & ABRASIVE. It left my mouth tender and sore. It reminded me of my college days on our campus we had a dentistry wing and you could get your teeth cleaned by new practicing dental hygienist. It was free, but left your mouth sore for the next three days. Exactly like today. Their words were almost verbatim just like Eileens “Just gargle some salt water and shake it off.” Was my mouth butchered that bad I was offered salt water ? On my next visit am I getting a complementary squeeze ball for my hand too?Update 11/24/23Well spoken Chad. I appreciate your reply and candor in this manner. Everything you stated in your response, I TRIED to express to that woman who called me. You have dozens of reviews... If she is as good as you say she is ignore it. She wouldn’t hear it. I explained it is just one person‘s opinion can’t you focus on that. She continued ranting and raving, DEMANDING I change my review because it was unfair. It was your office who asked me for a review and sent me the link. Now, because she didn’t get her way her emotions drove her to growl, snarl and bite. Why call to discuss an issue if your mind is made up already??? Can’t we agree to disagree like you stated in your response. Why does there have to be a war of words where I am wrong, and you are right and you’ll do as I say and what is right for this office and change your review. Sounds like a conflict of interest to me.read more

It was very clean and everyone was very nice. I like how the dentist reviews your X-rays and chart right in front of... you in collaboration with the nurse. They show you exactly what they are explaining. He also kept asking me if I had any more questions which made me feel like what I was saying truly mattered rather than feeling like he was trying to rush into the next area. They also kept me well informed with reminders of my upcoming appointment so it would be hard to forget if you are someone who might purposely try to forget the dentist..read more

I definitely made the right choice! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist are so nice and they really make you feel welcome. It’s been about 3 years since I’ve been to a dentist. After moving to Fond du Lac, I knew I had to get into a dentist,... but there were so many options. I read reviews for a ton of dentist offices and Fondy Family Dental had some of the best reviews. I called and scheduled an appointment but couldn’t get in until August 2023. I got a call yesterday (May 2023) saying they could get me in today due to a cancellation! The ladies at the front desk are so kind and welcoming, on the phone and in person. At the start of the appointment, the doctor and assistant pulled me into a room and talked for awhile to get to know each other. Then the exam came around and they walked me through everything they were doing and why. Honestly, love this dentist. So professional but also very welcoming.read more

I would recommend Fondy Family Dental over any other dentist, especially Dr.Chad, with children. My 6-year old daughter... was absolutely petrified the first time we went in. we barely got thru. but we scheduled her next appointment and went on our way. about a week later, she cried in extreme pain as the "problem tooth" was now infected. I called the office right away Monday morning, spoke to the wonderful receptionist, Dawn, who assured me she would speak to Doctor ans get back to me and since his schedule was booked full, it could be some time. honestly, she made this a priority. I had explained to her that I'm a single mother with no vehicle at the moment and feared I'd have to figure out how to take her to the ER or clinic. Dawn ended up calling me back very quick, said she explained it all to Dr. Chad, and I didn't need to take her in. he was sending over some antibiotics to start her on and that he cleared up some time in his schedule for me to get her in the following morning. We went to the appointment, my daughter still scared to death. even more so now knowing she is having the tooth removed was called back and the amazing assistants/hygienists told me if I didn't mind, waiting in the waiting room may help some, and I agreed. An hour later. Dr.Chad came out to speak to me personally, explained everything to me and told me how great of a job she did through all of it. Of I would have taken her anywhere else, they maybe would javelin just given up and refused to work on her with her being scared and crying. This dentist office will be our families new dentist office.
